The unit has two spindles, which have a unique self-locking mechanism powered by four heavy-duty spring breaks. This special feature makes it impossible to remove either roll of toilet tissue until it is empty. Designed to accommodate rolls of toilet tissue that are up to 5-1/8 inches in diameter, the unit has a controlled delivery design, which prevents both spindles from turning freely.
