The Bobrick B-6806x42 Concealed Mounting With Snap Flange Grab Bar is an option from the 6806 Series range from Bobrick. At 42 inches in length, the model is one of the longest snap flange grab bars in the 1-1/2 inch diameter lineup. The satin finish on the stainless steel gives the grab bar a noticeable shine, but makes it harder to see fingerprints on its surface. The installation screws on the mounting flange are kept out of sight by a 22-gauge cover that snaps in place. The cover measures 3-1/4 inches in diameter. Measuring 2 inches in width by 3-1/8 inches in height, the mounting flange is a stainless steel plate, through which the grab bar is passed. The bar and flange are joined together with heliacrc welding, forming a solid, one-piece unit. Compliant with the ADA, the Bobrick Bobrick B-6806x42 can bear up to 900 pounds of weight when installed with a 1-1/2 inch clearance.
